The goal of the campaign was simple and clear: to show the world that Riga is a fantastic destination in both autumn and winter.

One moment, you’re sipping tea, peacefully admiring the twinkling lights of Old Riga, and the next, you’re dancing at the heart of a vibrant party. And if you’re lucky, you might even encounter the ķekatnieki—messengers of ancient Latvian pagan traditions, dressed in quirky masks.
